Les Wexners attorney caught on hot mic saying hell fking kill ex-Victorias Secret CEO during Jeffrey Epstein probe deposition

A lawyer for billionaire Les Wexner apparently had enough of the businessman’s long-winded answers during a deposition before House Oversight Committee investigators earlier this week – and was caught on a hot mic bluntly telling him to keep his answers to questions about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein short and sweet.  “I will f–king kill you if you answer another question with more than five words, OK?” attorney Michael Levy whispered to Wexner about four-and-a-half hours into the former Victoria’s Secret owner’s deposition in the congressional Epstein probe. The wild moment was captured on video footage of Wexner’s deposition, which was released in its entirety by the committee on Thursday.   Wexner, 88, had been asked about how often disgraced financier performed work for him and proceeded to ramble about all his possessions that needed inventorying, something he explained he didn’t realize was important until he hired Epstein. Wexner laughed after receiving the advice from his attorney, the footage showed. Levy did not respond to The Post’s request for comment. Wexner was adamant that he did not “witness, condone or enable” any of Epstein’s sex crimes.The LBrands CEO described Epstein, who managed his wealth for decades, as a “world Olympic con artist” and accused him of having “stolen vast sums” of his fortune before pleading guilty to soliciting a minor for prostitution in 2008. “I completely and irrevocably cut ties with Epstein nearly 20 years ago when I learned that he was an abuser, a crook and a liar,” Wexner said in his prepared remarks.“I was never a participant nor co-conspirator in any of Epstein’s illegal activities.”In his testimony, Wexner acknowledged visiting Epstein on his infamous island in the Caribbean once with his wife, describing it as “crummy” and “a pile of rocks.”Asked about a salacious letter he wrote for a book compiled ahead of Epstein’s 50th birthday, Wexner s...
