Jordon Hudson appeared to defend her viral moment during Bill Belichick’s appearance on “CBS Sunday Morning.”The 24-year-old girlfriend of the North Carolina football coach retweeted messages from fans supporting her for stopping Belichick from answering CBS’s Tony Dokoupil’s question about how they met.The X account, @Jordonbella, which has a profile picture of Hudson, is not verified.Belichick, 73, does follow the account.The retweets included messages defending Hudson and about the couple wanting to keep their relationship private.
One message she retweeted read, “Or maybe she didn’t want her or their personal relationship to be part of the interview instead on football..I think if they don’t want to talk about they shouldn’t and if anything— your article demons why..
trying to embellish and take things out of context.” Another message she reshared said that Belichick looked like he wanted to “reach across and strangle the life out of [Dokoupil].I kinda wish he did.” Dokoupil explained in the interview that Hudson has shared glimpses of the couple’s relationship on social media, as well as a different side to Belichick, before he asked the former NFL coach how they met.
“We’re not talking about this,” Hudson said before Belichick had a chance to answer.“No,” Dokoupil replied as he looked over at Hudson, who responded, “No.”Hudson and Belichick met on a flight from Boston to Florida in 2021, according to TMZ.However, Hudson’s interjection during the interview has led to wild speculation online that plane story is fiction.In February, she commemorated the couple’s “meetiversary” in an Instagram post, which included a book Belichick signed for her during their first meeting on Feb.11, 2021.
