Stevie Nicks former beachfront condo in LA where she lived at the height of her career hits market for $3.9M

A beachfront condominium in Marina del Rey, California once owned by rock legend Stevie Nicks has listed for $3.9 million, offering a rare glimpse into the early solo years of the Fleetwood Mac star, according to a press release. The 2,091-square-foot residence, located on Outrigger Street just south of Venice Beach, features two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and direct access to the sand, along with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. The home, built in 1974, still reflects the bohemian aesthetic of its former occupant.Among its period details are a sunken living room, wood-framed windows tilted to resemble a yacht’s interior, and a bathroom adorned with vintage wallpaper.A glass-lined balcony faces the water, while the dining area — raised and outfitted with hardwood floors — connects to a carpeted living space.Nicks occupied the property in the early 1980s as she transitioned into her solo career following her rise to fame with Fleetwood Mac.
