Family of slain real estate agent, 28, shown horror moment she was gunned down on Dallas street

The family of a Texas real estate agent shot dead in the street after a confrontation with a stranger has been shown horror footage of the moment she was viciously gunned down.Relatives of Ashlee Long, 28, gasped in the Dallas courtroom on Wednesday as the prosecution played the sickening video of her final moments, WFAA reports.Long was killed while her boyfriend, William Kistler, was wounded, after prosecutors say Kendrick Finch, 34, shot them both during horrifying scenes in Downtown Dallas on April 5.Some of Long’s family — who showed up to Finch’s bond reduction hearing wearing T-shirts with her name — were advised to leave the courtroom before the disturbing video was shown. In the video, Kistler confronts someone in the street while Long tries to pull him away.He then touches or hits a white Mercedes driving past, which stops, at which point Kistler is seen rushing to pull something out of Long’s purse.Surveillance video and multiple still images show Finch stepping out of the car holding his gun first, which would make him the aggressor, the prosecution says.Finch’s lawyer said he acted in self-defense during a back-and-forth in the courtroom on Wednesday.“When the car stopped, what was Mr.Kistler doing before my client got out of the car?” Josh Healy, Finch’s defense attorney, asked the lead homicide detective in the case, Ronald Kramer.“He was wrestling with Ms.
