KAndre Miller underwent surgery in start to his fraught Rangers offseason

Rangers defenseman K’Andre Miller underwent surgery for an upper-body injury he sustained toward the end of the 2024-25 season. After attempting to rehab the undisclosed injury, the pending restricted free agent ultimately decided surgery was his best option.He is expected to make a full recovery and be back around the start of next season, per league source. The 25-year-old is coming off his fifth season with the Blueshirts, during which he posted seven goals and 20 assists for 27 points in 74 games.He has averaged more 20 minutes per game in each season he’s played since making his NHL debut on Jan.
