Rudy Gobert is reportedly going through some off-the-court drama during the Timberwolves’ playoff run. TMZ reported Friday that the Minnesota center broke up with his pregnant girlfriend, Julia Bonilla, and told her to move out with their 1-year-old son, Romeo, around the beginning of the postseason.After the breakup, Bonilla had sought to move back to their home country of France, but Gobert wants her and his son to stay to figure out “child custody after the Wolves’ season comes to an end,” the outlet added. TMZ added that Gobert and Bonilla’s relationship took a turn when she told him she was pregnant with the couple’s second child.Gobert later told the outlet that the two were split up, but he would “keep supporting the well-being of all the people that I care about,” though he did add that “inaccurate information” was out there but did not clarify what he was referring to.Bonilla vented about her situation on social media on Friday night, just days after the Timberwolves secured a spot in the Western Conference Finals with a series win over the Warriors.“I’m going through one of the most painful times in my life, feeling isolated, far from my family and friends,” Bonilla wrote on Instagram.
