It resides in the million dollar-plus Tierra Verde neighborhood of Sands Point.The home’s view of the iconic Sunshine Skyway Bridge can be glimpsed in the opening scenes of “Magic Mike.” The film was shot in various locations around the Tampa Bay area, where Tatum himself once worked as an 18-year-old stripper.The classic Mediterranean mansion encompasses five bedrooms and six bathrooms.The living areas are built for entertaining — bar seating in the gourmet kitchen, a grilling terrace and a media room with a wet bar are among its offerings. In addition to unbeatable waterfront views, the backyard enjoys a covered patio and a heated saltwater pool and spa.
