A Washington socialite and journalist accused former first lady Jill Biden of “elder abuse” in an explosive new interview after former President Joe Biden was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer.Sally Quinn, a D.C.insider and longtime columnist for The Washington Post, took aim at the former first lady during a wide-ranging interview with journalist Tara Palmeri on the “Tara Palmeri Show” on Wednesday.
