Prime Video is going all-in on NASCAR.This weekend, the streamer will be the exclusive home to the Coca-Cola 600, marking the first time that a NASCAR race airs only on a streaming service, but ahead of that, a new documentary series is exploring the legendary career and complex family dynamics of one of the sport’s biggest names: Dale Earnhardt.
Earnhardt made his NASCAR debut almost exactly 50 years ago in the 1975 World 600 and over his 26-year career, he became one of the most visible people in the sport with 76 race wins and a record-tying seven NASCAR Cup Series championships.His family also followed him onto the track, most notably his son Dale Earnhardt Jr., who had his own 19-year career in NASCAR.
