A boat erupted in flames near Hart Island in the Bronx Saturday night, with rescue crews working to pull nearly two dozen victims from the Long Island Sound, according to law enforcement sources.First responders rushed to the scene after the vessel caught fire around 8:30 p.m.and sent 21 people into the water, sources told The Post.Sources said the fire was caused by an explosion on the boat.
