NJs lake of death claims third victim since last summer

A New Jersey lake popular with fishermen has once again claimed a life.Cops in Camden County pulled the body of a 27-year-old man from Penbryn Lake in Winslow, about 35 minutes east of Atlantic City, officials confirmed to The Post.The unnamed man vanished beneath the water’s surface Thursday, an hour before his body was recovered, police said.Swimming is strictly prohibited at the lake, because it is considered protected state land.An autopsy will determine the official cause of death.Police have not revealed the victim’s name, despite notifying his relatives.
