Ford.The street is also known for the Southampton Village Heliport, at 2075 Meadow Lane — a way for the wealthy to avoid the notoriously bad highway traffic.At 5,300 square feet, this listed estate features five bedrooms, five baths and one powder room.Details include floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank floors, a fireplace, plus lots of indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces. The home also features a modern chef’s kitchen that opens to the outside, and a saltwater pool. Ripka and her husband, Ronald Berk, originally bought the land for $2.5 million in 2001, and built their residence there in 2004.They first listed it for sale in 2013 for $8.8 million.
