Sicko nabbed after trying to kiss womans feet, exposing himself in NYC train station: cops

A serial city sicko who tried to kiss a female straphanger’s feet before exposing himself was nabbed Tuesday, police said.Dexter Betancourt, 37, had approached his unsuspecting 30-year-old victim and tried to speak to her as she waited for a train at the 14th Street-Sixth Avenue station in Manhattan on June 18 around 1 a.m., according to the NYPD.  When the stranger rejected his advances, the creep bent down and attempted to smooch her feet, cops said. He then exposed himself to her before fleeing on a northbound L train, police said.Betancourt was caught on surveillance footage creepily licking his lips inside the station at one point.  He was charged Tuesday with indecent exposure — and it wasn’t the first time he targeted women, sources said. The perv has racked up 10 previous arrests for assault, strangulation, forcible touching and resisting arrest, with many of the incidents involving females.In 2013, Betancourt threw a 27-year-old woman to the ground before choking and biting her in the face on an Upper East Side street, sources said. When police tried to cuff him, he attempted to hit and spit on them, according to sources. Just a year earlier, the creep grabbed a 25-year-old woman and threw her to the ground.He then groped her, sources told The Post. Both of his previous victims were strangers.Betancourt also tried to punch a female cop in the face and then dragged her by the neck — tossing her to the ground when she caught him smoking weed in December 2012, sources said. Every morning, the NY POSTcast offers a deep dive into the headlines with the Post’s signature mix of politics, business, pop culture, true crime and everything in between.
