LeAnn Rimes forced to run off stage after her teeth fall out mid-concert

Life goes on.LeAnn Rimes had to sprint off the stage during a recent concert after her teeth fell out mid-performance.The surprising incident unfolded Friday night at the Skagit Casino Resort in Washington as the 42-year-old Grammy-winner sang her hit song “One Way Ticket.”“Last night I was on stage, in the middle of ‘One Way Ticket,’” Rimes said in a video shared on Instagram with her more than 1 million followers the next day.“I feel something pop in my mouth,” she continued.“And if you’ve been around, you know I’ve had a lot of dental surgeries and I have a bridge in the front and it fell out in the middle of my song last night.”While the “How Do I Live” singer eventually returned to the microphone to continue the show, she admitted that she “panicked” before putting her teeth back in place.“Then I just had to get real with everybody and tell them exactly what was happening or else I would have had to walk off stage,” Rimes explained.
“And so, for the rest of the show, I was literally like this, pushing my teeth in.”Although the incident didn’t happen again, Rimes revealed that her teeth later “fell in my mouth” as she sang “Can’t Fight the Moonlight” to thousands of fans.“Like, ‘Can’t Fight the Moonlight,’ completely fell in my mouth,” she said with a laugh.But the show must go on, and Rimes called the amusing incident “the most epic experience ever.”“I don’t usually have firsts in my career,” she acknowledged.“That was a first and hopefully a last.”Rimes put on a second performance at the same venue on Saturday night — and she was fully prepared for her teeth to once again fall out mid-concert.“We shall see,” she joked hours before the show.
