NYC sicko surrenders to cops over allegations of luring girl, 13, for sex acts

The perv accused of following a 13-year-old girl and luring her into a sex act for money during a terrifying morning walk on a Queens street turned himself in Friday, the NYPD said. Accused sicko Ali Hamed, 25, surrendered inside the 115th Precinct, days after he offered $50 to a child for masturbation, sources and police said. He allegedly tailed her as she walked near 34th Avenue and 97th Street in North Corona around 7:30 am Wednesday. When the minor rejected his advances, he raised the ante to $100, according to police. The girl ran away as the perv continued to briefly follow her before eventually fleeing, cops said. Hamed, of North Corona, was charged Friday with luring a child to commit a felony, criminal solicitation and endangering the welfare of a child. It’s his first arrest, police said. He was awaiting arraignment in Queens Criminal Court Friday night. ...
