Randy Moss making full-time ESPN return after cancer fight

Randy Moss will soon be back in action on ESPN following his cancer diagnosis.The network confirmed Tuesday in a statement to The Athletic’s Andrew Marchand that Moss, 48, is expected to return to the network full-time this fall after stepping away from “Sunday NFL Countdown” in late 2024 to focus on his health.“Randy’s return on Super Bowl Sunday was an emotional lift — not just for our team but for the entire football community — and knowing he will resume his full ‘Sunday NFL Countdown’ schedule, beginning in Week 1, has been the highlight of the offseason,” the network said.The Hall of Fame wide receiver has been working his way back since December, when he asked for prayers regarding a then-undisclosed medical issue.
