Bruce Willis Wife: About Emma Heming & Past Demi Moore Marriage

Bruce Willis’ has his whole family by his side while battling his frontotemporal dementia.In 2023, the Willis brood released a statement explaining that his condition had taken a turn for the worse.

The message was signed by Bruce’s ex-wife Demi Moore, their three daughters, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah, and his current wife Emma Heming.“Since we announced Bruce’s diagnosis of aphasia in spring 2022, Bruce’s condition has progressed and we now have a more specific diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD),” the actor’s family said in a statement on the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration website.

“Unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces.While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis.” The statement noted that there is currently “no treatment for [Bruce’s] disease,” but the family believes Bruce will continue to have a fulfilling life, especially with the support from fans.

“We have been so moved by the love you have all shared for our dear husband, father, and friend during this difficult time,” the statement concluded.“Your continued compassion, understanding, and respect will enable us to help Bruce live as full a life as possible.” Bruce and Demi have had an amicable relationship since they divorced in 2000 after thirteen years of marriage.

The former couple and their three daughters have become quite close and spend many a holiday together.  Since the split, Demi has gone on to marry and divorce Ashton Kutcher, while Bruce married Emma in 2009.Learn more about Bruce’s two marriages here.
