Florida mom Daisy Link who infamously got pregnant in prison found guilty of murdering father of her children

The Florida inmate who infamously got pregnant while incarcerated in a Miami jail was found guilty of murdering the father of her older two children.Daisy Link remained emotionless as a jury took less than two hours to convict her of second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Pedro Jimenez outside her Homestead home in June 2022, according to Local10.Link and Jimenez had been together for nine years and shared two kids at the time of his death. The 30-year-old mother made global headlines when she revealed she was pregnant while awaiting her murder trial to begin at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in December 2023.Link claimed she used the semen from fellow inmate, Joan DePaz, having obtained it in a glove passed through a vent. She says she never met DePaz, who was also facing a murder charge and but was housed on a floor above Link.
