Jameis Winston shares moment with wife before his first Giants start

Giants backup quarterback Jameis Winston and his wife, Breion, shared a long hug on the sideline before making his first start of the 2025 season against the Packers at MetLife Stadium on Sunday.Breion shared the video of the sweet moment in a joint post with Fox Sports on Instagram.Winston and his wife, who are high school sweethearts, married in 2020.Their two children, Antonor Malachi and Taurus Allen, were not in the video.The 31-year-old signal-caller was picked to start in Week 11 over fellow veteran Russell Wilson as Jaxson Dart is in concussion protocol.It was Mike Kafka’s first big decision as interim head coach after the Giants fired Brian Daboll following a 2-8 start to his fourth season.Kafka spent nearly four years as an offensive coordinator and assistant head coach on Daboll’s staff.
