NYC private school teacher sent revenge porn of 13-year-old students to school after they blocked him on social media: suit

Teenage victims of a sicko teacher at the progressive Saint Ann’s School say he used school resources to obtain nude photographs of the two teens — and sent them across the school during class in an act of “revenge porn,” a new federal lawsuit claims. The two teens — both 13 at the time — bring new details about the convicted sexual predator and former “Jeopardy!” star, Winston Nguyen, who was sentenced to seven years in prison last spring. The lawsuit also claims the school and specific employees failed to investigate Nguyen before his hiring, and retaliated against those who tried to sound the alarm.Nguyen was eventually given the job of math teacher, despite previously serving time in prison for stealing $300,000 from a blind 96-year-old.“Even when Nguyen released naked pictures of [the two victims] to the Saint Ann’s community, the School did nothing to help the children or to mitigate the harm,” the suit states.
“To this day, it has never apologized.”The suit goes into detail about how Nguyen used school resources to target and manipulate the teen victims, eventually impersonating a teenage boy on social media, sending them images of himself masturbating, fantasizing about how he would ask for oral sex and then demanding reciprocal nude images and videos. When the girls finally blocked his account, he sent “a revenge porn blast with dozens of explicit pictures” to other students in the middle of the school day, according to the filing in Brooklyn federal court. And when the school found out, officials met with the students, “but took no other steps to help,” and declined to report the incident to the police, the suit claims.“Saint Ann’s and its leaders have not yet been held accountable,” the suit reads, “for recklessly hiring Nguyen; repeatedly empowering him; refusing to supervise him; actively abetting him; and entrusting him with the access and property that he used to perpetrate his crimes.”...
