Four people hit with bullets in NYC bar brawl with one victims foot shot off: witness

Four people were shot during a Brooklyn bar brawl early Sunday, as an eyewitness said one of the victims had his foot blown off.Cops responded to a 911 call for multiple people shot inside Richard’s Restaurant and Bar at 9404 Avenue L in Canarsie at 5:06 a.m.on Sunday, police said. When police arrived, they found a 43-year-old woman, a 38-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the leg, as well as a 44-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the arm, cops said. Woowoo, a regular at Richard’s, said the crew was celebrating a birthday when gunfire tore through the bar.“I was in the back at the bar.
