Lately, a slew of new faces have been spotted in the neighborhood — vibes-seeking Gen Zers who’ve not only discovered the district, but sent the secret spot viral on social media, with over 3,000 TikTok posts under the hashtag #woodlawn and over 1,000 Instagram videos and Reels dedicated to #littleireland.In some corners of Gotham, this kind of seismic shift could be cause for concern.
