Disney isn’t the happiest place on Earth, after all — for at least one of its top execs.Disney’s entertainment chairman Alan Bergman is “miserable” and “sad” after getting the news that he will report directly to his C-suite rival, Dana Walden, the Mouse House’s new president and chief creative officer, insiders told The Post.Bergman and Walden — who were co-chairs of the entertainment unit reporting to outgoing CEO Bob Iger — had been in a bake-off for the role of Disney CEO until last month, when theme parks chief Josh D’Amaro clinched the top job.Walden was instead promoted to run Disney’s entire TV, film, streaming and gaming divisions — which includes overseeing Bergman.A Disney insider with knowledge of the matter said Bergman was “very upset and very distressed about reporting to her.”“They were co-chairmen of entertainment and now she’s one level above him,” the person added, noting that despite outward niceties, they “don’t like each other at all.”“She won and he lost,” the source said.
