She’s Rih-claiming the night. Picking up right where she left off, Rihanna brought Met Gala fans in the stands to their knees, making her victorious comeback to the 2026 Met Gala Monday night. A vision in jewels, the Grammy-winning mom of three was first spotted leaving The Carlyle Hotel on the Upper East Side fashionably late, dressed in a sculptural metallic ensemble, en route to celebrate The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s spring 2026 “Costume Art” exhibit.Wearing an intricate work of art from Maison Margiela by Glenn Martens, coupled with an Art Deco-style headpiece, the diva posed side-by-side with boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, on the famous steps.The dapper rapper, who co-hosted the 2025 Met Gala, honoring the theme “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style, popped out in pink custom Chanel by Matthieu Blazy.
His blazer, featuring black satin lapels and black piping details, came embellished with a black silk and feather camélia.Rocky, a native New Yorker, finished the look with black trousers and a white cotton shirt.
