Spotify announced a new feature called ‘Reserved’ at its 2026 Investor Day, which will hold concert tickets for an artist’s most dedicated Premium subscribers before they go on sale to the general public.The feature, which launches with Live Nation as its launch partner under a multi-year deal, identifies top fans based on streams, shares, and other Spotify activity.

“Eligibility is based on your engagement with the artist on Spotify and where you’re located, so make sure your preferred location is enabled in the Live Events Feed and your notifications are turned on,” the company wrote in a blog post.Spotify noted that not every qualifying fan will receive an offer, as demand will exceed available seats on any given tour.
