A deaf Asian NYPD techie endured a twisted two-year campaign of sick sexual and racial harassment from a pair of male cops who tried to coax her into seamy threesomes, a bombshell new lawsuit claims.Civilian computer worker Megan Kwan — who relies on hearing aids and lip-reading to communicate — says in Manhattan court documents that her nightmare culminated with one of the sex-obsessed officers pulling a loaded gun on her inside NYPD headquarters after repeated rejections.“What I had to tolerate was degrading in a way I still struggle to put into words,” Kwan told The Post.“What made it worse was that the people who were supposed to protect me saw it and laughed, or looked away.I kept thinking someone would step in.
No one did.”Kwan says she started working at the Police Department as a college intern in 2021 and then became a full-time civilian employee in its IT department in 2025.
