Jets waive Younghoe Koo, sign Jason Sanders as kicking carousel continues

The Jets’ kicking carousel continues to spin.The team waived Younghoe Koo, who was signed less than a week ago, on Wednesday and signed Jason Sanders, who was cut by the Giants on Tuesday.The Jets are searching for a kicker after losing Nick Folk in free agency to the Falcons.The team currently has Cade York and now Sanders on the roster.

Koo had a terrible practice on Tuesday, missing kicks from 53 and 45 yards badly.Sanders kicked for the Dolphins from 2018-24, making 84.6 percent of his field goals.He sat out last season with a hip issue.

The Giants signed him in March, but cut him on Tuesday.Now, he moves to the Jets where he will compete with York for the Jets job....
