The tiny upstate town known for hosting Woodstock ’94 was left reeling after a 15-year-old boy was charged with the grisly murder of a local woman found dead in an abandoned house — as cops keep details on the case close to the vest.Police in Saugerties, a sleepy Ulster County community with a population of about 19,000, discovered the victim’s body shortly after 1 p.m.Sunday inside the remote home, and later charged the teen with second-degree murder — but have released few details regarding the unsettling crime, the department said.“It’s a quiet area,” one local resident told News12.
