Cobblestone- and pitchfork-toting sicko allegedly bludgeoned, impaled victims heads at Mass. home

A Massachusetts lunatic accused of viciously killing two young locals Wednesday bludgeoned one with a cobblestone and impaled the other execution style with a pitchfork.Carpenter Vitor Francisco Gomes, 28, reportedly pulverized killed Pablo Henrique Rocha-Dasilva, 20, and Eduardo Cardosa DaSilva, 19, after an argument at his home in Fall River where he lives with his wife and 6-year-old child, according to The Herald News.Witnesses told police that Eduardo knocked Gomes out during an “informal boxing match” near his home, according to an incident report obtained by Boston.com.But Gomes wasn’t ready to let up and insisted they go another round — overtures that Eduardo refused.Later that night, Gomes found the pair in a vehicle “attempting to drive away” after an argument ensued.

Gomes fired three shots through the driver’s side window where Pablo was sitting, prosecutor Dennis Collins alleged at a Thursday court hearing.Eduardo fled to the rear of the house where he was later found dead, shot face-down with a pitchfork jammed into the back of his skull, according to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office.When Gomes was finished with Eduardo, he circled back to Pablo and “dragged him by the collar” from the car to the sidewalk.He first bashed Pablo’s head with his firearm before grabbing a loose cobblestone from the driveway and bludgeoning him several more times, according to Collins.Massachusetts State Police later found a blood-soaked Gomes just one block away.They arrested him after a short foot-pursuit — and discovered that he had a gun and ammo stashed in his bag.Fall River Mayor Paul Coogan called the double-murder “one of the most brutal and depraved acts of violence” he’s ever heard of.Gomes claimed, through his Brazilian Portuguese interpreter, that he and the victims were engaged in a “fight club”-style spar that spiraled out of control, forcing him to use “self-defense.”He also alleged that Pablo and Eduardo a...
