For a city known for its booming cultural footprint, the fest offers Houston’s electronic music fans a major homegrown weekend right on the stadium turf.“We’re incredibly excited to bring Breakaway to Houston for the first time and to close out what has been an unbelievable festival season,” said Adam Lynn, co-founder and CEO of Breakaway.
“Houston has been a city we’ve had our eye on for a while, and we’re thrilled to finally bring the Breakaway experience here.There’s no better place to close out the season and share it with fans for the first time.” The event will take over the Festival Grounds at Shell Energy Stadium, a venue right in the heart of East Downtown that serves as home to Major League Soccer’s Houston Dynamo FC and the Houston Dash of the National Women’s Soccer League.
Dom Dolla, GRiZ, Cloonee and EDM.com Class of 2025 artist Tape B are primed for headline sets and attendees can also see Big Gigantic, BLOND:ISH, INZO, Kaleena Zanders, Steller, Jake Shore and Class of 2026 star Daniel Allan, among others.As part of a multi-city partnership, the festival will feature Beatport’s “The Block,” a mobile stage experience designed for artist discovery.
