(Orange County Sheriff's Office)The overhead video from the chopper showed Kenon trying to get around a black SUV at a stop sign before he plowed into its rear end.He continued driving after this, according to the video provided by the sheriff’s office.Kenon proceeded to stop in a residential neighborhood, letting the adult passenger and the 1-year-old child out of the car.
