Several gunshots rang out during a dispute in the heart of Times Square on Thursday afternoon, sending panicked tourists and commuters scrambling for safety, according to dramatic video.Nobody was struck by gunfire, but a bullet did hit a car when at least one gunman opened fire near West 44th Street and Seventh Avenue just after 3:30 p.m., cops and witnesses said.“There were shots fired, and my car got hit in the hood,” Bonnie White told The Post.“I just heard the shots fired, and I seen the guy,” she said  “I’m pissed.I’m so mad.
