Kirsten Fleming’s article was spot on regarding the truly ugly and outrageously expensive “Obamalisk” — the $850 million tribute to King Barack Obama (“Monument to left’s hypocrisy,” June 19).It’s amazing how the “do as I say, not as I do” attitude is always present with the liberal Democrats.Why are these presidential monuments necessary at all? Spend the money on the people of Chicago who need it.They don’t need a museum with pictures and Michelle’s dresses collecting dust.
