Wendys employees busted for serving complaining customer food they pulled from trash and spit on

Three Wendy’s employees have been arrested for serving a customer who complained about an order food they allegedly pulled from the trash and spit on, according to police.Aaliyah Shuntai Sanders, 23, Trinity Lashell Rice, 19, and Shadela Crystal Holley were each arrested between June 16 and June 22 after the nasty incident at the South Carolina fast food joint last month, according to Fox Carolina.A customer ordered food from the restaurant in Union — about 60 miles east of Greenville — on May 31 but had an issue with the order and asked for a refund.The staff said they would remake her order, according to a police report obtained by the outlet.The customer was handed the food she was told had been remade and ate it as she left the restaurant — but shortly afterwards received a call from someone at the store claiming staff had spat in the food and had removed it from the trash can. The woman took a closer look at the food and told police she realized she was given the same food from her initial order.She then called the store and spoke with the manager, who told her that he had spoken with employees and confirmed what had happened.Wendy’s called the incident “wholly unacceptable” and confirmed the sick trio have been fired.“This is an isolated incident that occurred at a restaurant in South Carolina.
