This 103-year-old Hollywood Hills estate — formerly owned by pop star Katy Perry — is one of the priciest rentals the City of Angels has ever seen. The double-gated compound, known as the Park Hill Estate, is currently on the market at a $275,000 per month. (The price can increase to $395,000 month depending on the season and what is happening in LA at the time, brokers say.)The estate sits on 3 acres, with views of the city skyline and the ocean, and is in walking distance from the Sunset Strip and Chateau Marmont. The only property currently asking more is a $500,000 rental on Lawlen Way in Beverly Hills, broker Patrick Michael of Serhant told The Post, who shares the listing with the estate’s co-owner, Sarah LaRose Doumani, of LA Estate Brokerage.(Doumani married the estate’s current owner, Las Vegas hotel developer Lorenzo Doumani, on the grounds of the estate last year.)First owned by real estate developer C.F.
