MLB owners reveal new details of salary cap proposal that all but guarantee a lockout this December

With the "fans" portion of the sentence purposefully in bold."Our proposal levels the playing field while sharing baseball revenue with the players 50/50 as we grow the game together.Further, revenue from all local media will be centralized and shared equally, which will allow MLB to address local market blackouts.
