Attorney arrested for sickening acts while violating women in their homes as he gives insane excuse

A peeping tom allegedly caught looking at naked women in their homes in Arizona has given a bizarre excuse for his behavior.Michael DiBenedetto, a 51-year-old attorney, was arrested by Tempe Police last week for recording through multiple victims’ windows. He claimed during a previous conviction in Illinois for peeping that he did it because he was acting as a private investigator for his clients going through divorce. The attorney represented himself in Maricopa County Court Monday as prosecutors charged him with four felony charges, including burglary and voyeurism.“Regarding the 2009 incident, I was working for a client who … I am an attorney.I was doing divorce law at the time,” he said.“I had a client that could not afford a private investigator and, essentially, I was doing that for them to save them some money.“So yes, I did observe their spouse … but it wasn’t necessarily speaking to these current allegations,” DiBenedetto said.
