Dad of teen raped by illegal trans immigrant in NYC bodega wants creep deported

The furious dad of a 14-year-old boy who was raped by a trans illegal immigrant inside a Manhattan bodega bathroom wants the creep deported — especially after he cut a sweetheart plea deal.Rapist Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, a 31-year-old migrant from South America who admitted to raping the teen across from Thomas Jefferson Park in 2025, is now being hauled to Massachusetts to face criminal charges there, authorities said.The young victim’s dad said the creep should never go free.“The defendant is an immigrant from Colombia, came to the United States, and chose to commit this crime of rape,” he said.

“I am hoping and praying that the defendant is deported back to the defendant’s county and not allowed back into the United State due to this crime.“This was not a mistake,” he added.“But rather a choice by a defendant.

If this crime did not happen to my son, it was for sure going to happen to someone else’s child.”Contreras-Suarez pleaded guilty to second-degree rape in March in exchange for a light six-month sentence — worked out with the victim’s family so the traumatized teen would not have to testify.“I am ready to formally state that I want the defendant gone,” the teen said in court Wednesday.“What happened was deeply upsetting, and I do not wish to speak about the situation in detail, because I am trying to move forward with my life.“Now, the defendant is gone,” he said.
