Fernandez could be seen looking at the camera, waving, and then blowing a kiss to Cervantes and what appears to be the rest of his family sitting around her.Fernandez and Cervantes are high school sweethearts and have two children together, a daughter named Olivia and a son named Benjamin.
They had a brief but very public breakup in 2024 but are clearly back together and doing well. While Fernandez was a great player before this goal, this World Cup magic just turned him into a global icon....
