A teen creep allegedly sexually abused a woman who was riding a Manhattan train with two kids last week – and then muttered “my bad,” according to cops and law enforcement sources. Ari Shtein, 18, stood behind the 30-year-old victim on board an uptown R train approaching 28th Street in Chelsea around 3 p.m.June 28 when he allegedly reached into her underwear and penetrated her with his fingers, authorities and law enforcement sources said. “My bad, didn’t know you were going to react that way,” Shtein, who hails from Washington D.C.
