Mans body washes up next to lifeguard tower on popular California beach

Authorities launched an investigation after a homeless man’s body was found washed ashore on a popular Oceanside Beach in San Diego early Sunday morning.Officers responded to a report near Lifeguard Tower 1 at approximately 9:04 a.m, according to the Oceanside Police Department.Upon arrival, emergency personnel found a body described by police as a white male in his 30s.The official cause of death remains unknown and will be determined following an autopsy by the medical examiner’s office, ABC10 reported.No further details have been released....
