(Clermont Police Department)According to a Clermont Police Department probable-cause affidavit obtained by Fox News affiliate WOFL-TV, Jimenez was behind the wheel with Alcalde in the passenger seat when an officer pulled them over around 2 a.m.on July 5 after seeing the Jeep drift in and out of its lane.The vehicle crossed into oncoming lanes multiple times and drove over a curb before the stop, authorities said.
