Lana Del Rey Claims Stove Has a Companion Album

Whoopsie-daisy! Yoo-hoo! Lana Del Rey appears to have not one, but two new albums on the way.In an Instagram post on July 15, Del Rey said that her long-forthcoming LP Stove has a companion record, which she added will be completed in a month.
She also appeared to reveal album artwork for both records, although she did not confirm a title for the companion album, or a release date for either.Pitchfork has reached out to her representatives for comment.In the post, Del Rey called the pair of albums “two of my most beautiful pieces of work.” “Stove is so lovely and intact as it was intended to be—a classic album if I may say, a lot of of which we’ve toured and you’ve heard–but not all of it,” she added.
”And as the years went by, came a beautiful, secondary album… A commentary of sorts on everything that has been going on, and the patience that was required—and the trust I had to have that not all the things that weren’t working was just because of me.”Del Rey first announced the follow-up to 2023’s Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd in 2024.Since then, the album has allegedly undergone two name changes and experienced multiple delays.
