Late-night host Jimmy Fallon swiped at former President Joe Biden on Wednesday during "The Tonight Show" after the ex-president announced he would be releasing a memoir in November.Biden's memoir, "Promise Me, America," will chronicle his presidency and reveal the "deeply agonizing calculation" behind his decision to withdraw from the 2024 presidential race, according to a press release announcing the book.The memoir is set to come out on Nov.
