Marine Johannes questionable after exiting early in another Liberty injury concern

Marine Johannes is listed as questionable for the Liberty’s postponed game.Johannes appeared to tweak her ankle in Saturday’s loss in Indiana.She exited the game with 8:42 left in the fourth and never returned.Coach Chris DeMarco didn’t have an immediate update on Johannes after the game.The Liberty are already playing without Leonie Fiebich and Satou Sabally.Fiebich didn’t make this road trip as she’s dealing with a left foot injury that has sidelined her since July 3.Meanwhile, Sabally hasn’t played since June 23 as she remains in concussion protocol.DeMarco hasn’t unveiled an official return-to-play timeline for either, though he said Sabally won’t return before the All-Star break.The Liberty arrived in Dallas for Monday’s game a few days behind schedule.New York was supposed to play the Wings on Thursday but the Liberty’s travel issues resulted in a postponement.
