Finneys Crafthouse to open first location outside of California

Talk about dropping the Puck.A Southern California neighborhood favorite is skating into Las Vegas and taking over Wolfgang Puck’s former Downtown Summerlin sports bar.Finney’s Crafthouse will make its first move outside California this September, opening in the former Wolfgang Puck Players Locker space, the company announced Thursday.The sports-focused restaurant and bar will open at 10955 Oval Park Drive in The Dining Arroyo.“Las Vegas has one of the most passionate sports cities with some of the best fans in the country, and we can’t wait to be part of it,” co-owner Greg Finefrock said in a statement.Twin brothers Greg and Brad Finefrock founded Finney’s in 2016 and have since grown the brand to 16 locations across Southern California.Its name comes from their high school nickname, the “Finney brothers” — a play on Finefrock, pronounced “Finney-frock.” California's top news, sports and entertainment delivered to your inbox every day.
