Marcellus Wiley, his estranged wife and their attorneys faced off in court on Friday morning, and during the at-times contentious proceedings, there was a dispute over the whereabouts of the former couple’s gun.Wiley and his spouse, ex-“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Annemarie, appeared via video calls at a Los Angeles County court after the latter had obtained a temporary domestic violence restraining order against the former earlier this month.Annemarie wrote in her request for the DVRO — which she filed just days after Wiley was arrested in Florida for allegedly putting his hands on her — that she and their kids needed protection from Wiley, and when the former Chargers pass rusher argued that was not necessary, the two were scheduled to discuss the matter in front of a judge.The issue of the permanent restraining order ended up getting tabled to a later date after Wiley asked for a continuance that was unopposed by Annemarie and her attorneys, however, both sides did end up in a bit of a quarrel over a firearm.As part of the temporary restraining order against Wiley, he was required to give up possession of his Glock 9 mm.But when he appeared on the courtroom’s monitor wearing a black Nike t-shirt, he explained he could not physically get to the gun.Wiley stated it was located at his and Annemarie’s Encino home that he was forced to vacate due to the restraining order.Annemarie was set to speak on the matter, but after she phoned in from the side of a highway with her kids in the car, the judge told her to hang up.
