Iran ramps up threats on Ukraine over Caspian Sea attack: The list of defeated forces is getting longer

Iran on Monday ramped up its threats on Ukraine over the recent attack in the Caspian Sea which saw a sailor killed – warning that strikes on the clerical regime “will never be without cost.”Ebrahim Azizi, the head of the Iranian parliament national security commission, warned the war-torn European nation that the clerical regime “does not leave debts unpaid.”Azizi’s blistering warning comes after the country’s foreign minister Abbas Araghchi threatened attacks on Ukraine.“Attacking Iran has never been and will never be without cost; America and the Zionist regime know this full well,” Azizi said.“Ukraine too will soon realize that the Islamic Republic of Iran does not leave debts unpaid.The list of defeated forces is getting longer!”Azizi on Sunday accused Ukraine of miscalculating and warned that any attack on the regime “always comes with a cost.”Tehran has since summoned Ukraine’s charge d’affaires who is based in Tehran over what it claimed was a “hostile and criminal act.”Araghchi claimed the strike “cannot go unanswered” as he accused Ukraine of violating the United Nations Charter.“Zelenskyy has attacked an Iranian commercial vessel, killing a sailor.
