The Beverly Hills property where Sharon Tate and four others were slain by sick-minded Manson family butchers has listed for $45 million, The Post has learned.Jeff Franklin, the famed producer behind the iconic ’90s TV series “Full House,” has struggled for years to part ways with the Mediterranean-style hillside mansion, built on top of the torn-down house where the murders occurred.Striking in its new iteration, its amenities include a massive 225-foot swimming pool that can fit the Leaning Tower of Pisa — with enough room left for laps. Still, the Cielo Drive property — most recently asking $50 million — will likely never shake the haunting legacy of what happened almost 60 years ago in August 1969.

That’s when several of Charles Manson’s carnage-craving flunkies cut a path across the 3.6-acre grounds and killed Tate, who was eight months pregnant, and her hairstylist friend Jay Sebring in the home’s living room.They also murdered her guests, the coffee heiress Abigale Folger and her boyfriend Wojciech Frykowski, where the pool now stands, and Steven Parent in an onsite guardhouse.Efforts to thwart true-crime tourists who still come, some of whom leave strange offerings, have taken several forms over the years — including petitioning the city to change the site’s address, which was an easy lookup for people wanting a view.Franklin, who now lives in Miami, purchased the property for $6.4 million in January 2000.

Hollywood talent manager Rudolph Altobelli was renting the place to Tate and her husband Roman Polanski at the time of the murders. What followed, while not as heinous as the murders, did show a dark side of Altobelli and others.Altobelli moved back into the place three weeks after the killings and then made a move that sickened still-mourning Hollywood.
