Maniac shot by cops after allegedly gunning down sister and mom was never normal, neighbor says

A Queens man suspected of gunning down his sister and mother and blowing up their Far Rockaway home was a ticking time bomb — and long had “something crazy about him,” neighbors told The Post.Kegan Thomas, 33, was shot and wounded by NYPD cops during the wild confrontation with New York’s Finest around noon on Saturday after his panicked wife called 911.
